Google Sheets Integration​

Connect Google Sheets as a data source and ask questions about your spreadsheet data using natural language:

  • Sign in with Google and pick files using Google's built-in file picker
  • Multi-sheet support with automatic syncing
  • Define relationships between sheets for cross-sheet analysis
  • Manual refresh button to sync the latest data
  • Case-insensitive text matching for more intuitive queries

Excel and CSV File Uploads​

Upload Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV files to create data connections. Files are automatically processed so you can start asking questions right away. Replace files when your data updates.

Dashboards​

Create personal and team dashboards to display your favorite DataClips:

  • Flexible 4-column grid layout with multiple display options (tables, charts, large numbers)
  • Fullscreen mode for presentations (press Escape to exit)
  • Smart caching for fast loading
  • Auto-refresh intervals for live monitoring

Real-Time Alerts​

Set up alerts on any DataClip to get notified when conditions are met:

  • Threshold alerts (e.g., "notify me when revenue drops below $10K")
  • Change detection (e.g., "notify me when this number changes")
  • Zero-result alerts (e.g., "notify me when there are no pending orders")
  • Notifications appear via a bell icon in the header and by email
  • Alerts only fire on state changes, so you won't get repeated notifications

DataClip Email Schedules​

Schedule DataClips to be emailed automatically --- daily, weekly, or monthly. Choose recipients from your team or add external email addresses. Emails include a data preview and full CSV attachment. A small email icon appears next to scheduled DataClips in the sidebar.

Drill-Down Explore​

Click into aggregated results to see the underlying records. For example, if a query shows "Total Sales: $1.2M," click to see individual transactions. Drill-down results include pagination, search, and calculated values for verification.

SQL Editing​

Edit AI-generated SQL queries directly in the chat. A pencil icon appears next to any SQL query --- click to modify it, then run your edited version. Each edit creates a new message so you can see the progression.

Multi-Factor Authentication​

Secure your account with passkey-based multi-factor authentication. Admins can enforce MFA across their organization with configurable grace periods. Includes password expiration policies and a recovery flow if you lose access.

Smarter Query Results​

  • Single-value answers (like "How many customers?") display as clean text instead of a table
  • Single-row results show as a readable card layout instead of a wide horizontal table
  • Encrypted or encoded columns are automatically hidden
  • Large numbers formatted with commas for readability
  • Charts now use your theme color

Better Value Matching​

When Teela generates a query with a value that doesn't match your database (e.g., you said "shipped" but the database uses "Shipped"), it automatically detects the mismatch and offers the correct options.

Color Palettes​

Choose from five color palettes to customize your Teela experience: Dark (default), Cocoa, Cloudy Day, Teal-a, and Orange Peel. Your preference is saved across sessions.

Thread Management​

  • Threads automatically archive when you save a DataClip
  • New "Archived Queries" page to find and restore old threads
  • Thread pagination with infinite scroll for large query histories
  • "Clear all threads" option

Apply promotion codes during signup for discounted pricing. Discounts are displayed throughout the payment wizard.

User Invitation System​

Invite new users to your organization via email with token-based authentication.
